Set Up Email Forwarding

Takes about 2 minutes. Then your school events appear automatically.

Step 1: Copy your forwarding address

Sign in to InboxAgenda and go to Settings. You'll find your unique forwarding email address there. Copy it to your clipboard — you'll need it in the next step.

Your address looks like:

abc123@inboxagenda.com

Step 2: Set up forwarding in your email

Choose your email provider and follow the instructions:

How to set up forwarding in Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (top right), then "See all settings".

  2. Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.

  3. Click "Add a forwarding address".

  4. Paste your InboxAgenda forwarding email address and click Next.

  5. Gmail will send a verification email to InboxAgenda — we'll forward it to your inbox automatically.

  6. Open the verification email and click the confirmation link, or enter the code in Gmail.

  7. Back in Gmail, select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to..." and choose your InboxAgenda address.

  8. Choose "Keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox" and click Save Changes.

Step 3: Confirm the verification email

Some providers (like Gmail) send a verification email to confirm forwarding. InboxAgenda will automatically forward this verification to your inbox. Simply click the confirmation link or enter the code in your email settings.

Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email within a few minutes.

Step 4: Done! Events appear automatically

That's it! From now on, every email forwarded to your InboxAgenda address will be processed by our AI. Dates, excursions, meetings, deadlines, and everything your child needs to bring — it all shows up in your dashboard and Google Calendar.
